Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask 89 Printing to delete data received through Facebook, Instagram, our website, or customer-service conversations.

1. Submit a request

Email dwi89printing@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Use an email address where we can contact you for verification.

  • Your full name.
  • The phone number or email address previously used to contact us or place an order.
  • The related Facebook or Instagram username, if your request concerns Meta messages.
  • The categories of data to delete and the approximate date of interaction.
  • Only enough additional information for us to locate the correct data.

2. Ownership verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm through the related account, email, or phone number. Never send passwords, OTP codes, PINs, or payment card information. We never request these details to process data deletion.

3. Remove Meta app access

You can also open Facebook or Instagram Settings and use Apps and Websites or Business Integrations to remove access for OmniChat_89. This stops future app access. To request deletion of data copies already received by 89 Printing, still submit an email request using the steps above.

4. Processing time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and aim to complete it within 30 calendar days after verifying your identity and request scope. We will notify you if additional time is required due to complexity or legal requirements.

5. Data we delete

  • Conversation history and attachments linked to the requester, where identifiable.
  • Profile data and Facebook or Instagram account identifiers stored in OmniChat.
  • Contact or customer records no longer required for transactions or legal obligations.

6. Limited exceptions

Some data may be retained when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Where this applies, we will restrict its use and explain which data categories cannot be deleted immediately.

7. Completion confirmation

After completion, we will send confirmation to the verified email address or contact method. Questions about this process can be sent to dwi89printing@gmail.com.
